Eridion Glass, LLC is a specialty glass and glazing subcontractor founded in Dallas, Texas in 2020. We serve custom home builders, general contractors, and residential clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and Central Arkansas. Our focus is exclusively on glass and mirrors — frameless shower enclosures, glass backsplashes, custom mirrors, wine room glass, staircase glass, and pool fencing — with a particular strength in luxury custom homes valued over $1 million.
Our Story
Eridion Glass was built on a simple belief: specialty work deserves a specialist. Co-founder and Managing Director, Dion Harrison, is a master glazier with over 25 years of hands-on specialty glass installation experience — the kind of deep trade expertise that only comes from decades on the tools. His business partner and wife, Erika Gonzalez Harrison, brings 20 years of corporate marketing and operations experience to the business side, ensuring every project is communicated clearly, scheduled tightly, and delivered on time.
Together, they built a company that combines elite craft with the operational discipline and communication standards that custom home builders and GCs actually need from a subcontractor. Since opening in 2020, Eridion has grown steadily by doing one thing well: delivering beautiful, precise glass work on time, every time.

Dion Harrison — Co-Founder & Managing Director
Dion leads all field operations as a master glazier with over 25 years of specialty glass installation experience. He oversees every installation team, quality control process, and field relationship for Eridion's projects across DFW and Central Arkansas. His hands-on expertise in tempered glass, frameless systems, colorback painted glass, and custom mirror fabrication is the foundation of Eridion's reputation for craftsmanship.
Erika Gonzalez Harrison — Co-Founder & Managing Member
Erika serves as Managing Member, overseeing business development, client relationships, marketing, and operations. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's in Communication from THE University of Texas at Austin. She brings 20 years of corporate advertising experience to running Eridion. Erika is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women's Business Council Southwest (WBCS) and serves on the Advisory Board of HER Dallas. She is also a member of the Dallas Builders Association (DBA) and Let's Grow Networks (LGN).
